If so would they still be rookies
I know in 2K sending players down to the gleague was broken so what you would do is you would send them down to the gleague their rookie season, they would go up 7 overall, you would then put them at the end of your playoff rotation
Then the next year they would win rookie of the year cuz they never played a regular season game
