  1. Once again tatum is overrated and brown is the vastly better of the two

  2. HieronychrisBosh

Embiid: 52 points on 25 shots

Rest of the team: 51 points on 53 shots

  3. DontPMMeYourDreams

Mild heart attack but I’m still enjoying hearing the song

Jo MVP, you can’t deny it after games like this

  4. JoFlo520

Celtics flopping at the end every play there were two guys on the floor. That wasn’t basketball their comeback was trash

  5. Skullastic

    Offensive flopping: foul merchant
Defensive flopping: hard nosed, gritty, physical defense

  6. That was the worst officiated game I’ve ever seen. So many touch fouls on the Sixers and so many times when the Celtics were mauling the Sixers and no calls.

  7. Sixers are 1-0 when PJ Tucker scores more than Maxey and Harris combined

  8. ForkBombGoBoom

Garbage supporting cast for Embiid. Garbage coach.

Garbage flopping by the Cs for the last 20 minutes.

    Garbage reffing.

Garbage product by the NBA. I watched the MVP drop 50 on 20/25 shooting in a win and the game was still terrible to watch in large part due to the refs.

  9. Hate to be that guy, but this game does not inspire much confidence moving forward. Embiid literally had the best game of his life and it still was almost not enough against the Brownless Celtics. The rest of the team needs to be better if we expect to hang in a playoff series. At least Embiid has MVP sealed up hopefully.

  10. hasordealsw1thclams

Scoring over half your teams points in a win seems pretty good.

  11. LuckyCharms327

You can not convince me these are the best in the world at refereeing basketball.

  12. Lol Joel just punting the ball into the crowd

  13. moldedbyawkwardness

That was the worst close out of a game I’ve ever seen

  14. Leapingforjoyandstuf

Celtics fans are going to say that they only lost because of the refs because they’re clinically stupid. Joel better fucking win MVP, my god. I vow right now to not go in any r/nba game threads during the playoffs, I just can’t. Whew boy I’m ranting sorry. Go sixers

  15. a win is a win, but tyrese shouldnt be allowed to smile until he figures out how to play against the celtics. dude was legit throwing in the fourth quarter

  16. ProcessMeMrHinkie

If the Sixers face the Celtics in the playoffs, I think we know Boston’s strategy against Embiid now. Put Williams on him and let him flop his way to fouling Embiid out.

  17. Mackdaddy1234567890

The Celtics orchestrated four flops on three consecutive plays in the last 10 seconds. The refs fell for it twice. Pretty poor officiating.

  18. AnonymousFroggies

Thank you Philadelphia! Hope we get to meet again in a few weeks!

  19. Sheriff-Gotcha

Annnnnd just like that Grant Williams was able to flop his way to an offensive foul call.

    Perfect timing.

  20. dustybooks22

I’m trading Maxey if he doesn’t get his shit together during the playoffs

  21. tokeallday

I like to think of myself as an optimist and I’ve generally always been pro-Tobi…but good fucking lord dude. His performance tonight was absolutely dreadful, that stretch in the late 3rd and early 4th was pathetic. The only thing positive to say is he did alright guarding Tatum down the stretch. I honestly think he needs a wake up call in the form of being benched. There is a good player in there but he is just playing fucking terrible lately and we can’t afford this shit if we actually want to compete.
