I think Onyeka Okongwu is the true first or second option on the team. He should get a max extension this offseason. John Collins, Clint Capela, and DeAndre Hunter could all be traded traded this offseason.
Wtf the problem is the pairing of young and murry you think the fix is bandaids like Collins honestly Collins trade value has sunk after a piss poor year but historically he's solid if you trade him your gunna get someone probably with no upside and teams aren't gunna send draft capitol. Truth is the hawks have to swallow there pride and put feelers out on murry and or Trae it will restore draft picks and bring some decent talent. In general problems tend to manifest at the top (young and murry) and filter to the rest ps. I watch every minute of every hawks game! You can't win 50+ games with this pairing in any universe facts!!!!

I’m not convinced that they will blow up the team, but I agree there will be some changes. I think Bogi’s contract was set up for future trade. I think Hawks may give up on Dre after this season. We need another star player. I think JC’s contract is reasonable and he has shown us he is a stretch 4 that can help both sides of the court. He can also play PF and C for us. I think we should keep Okongwu. Maybe not to the max, but def. keep him at all cost. There is a good chance they will trade Capela. He is still good, but he is aging and his value will go down. He is too good to agree to stay as a vet player with reduced money. I hope DJ decides to stay, but I can see DJ not wanting to resign. The duo is ok, but not as good as we hoped. They both need ball in their hand to perform well. If we lose DJ, we should look for SG/SF that can shoot good 3s. (I miss Huerter). I would like to see back and front combo rather than two back or two front. We need more consistency in SF, PF position. If we can get SF or PF who can produce 20+ consistently and who can handle the ball (kind of like JJ, but better) that would be great. We also need some vets who can help develop other players and bring more consistencies as well. It will be interesting because Hawks isn’t the only team. Most teams will have significant changes this off-season. Whether it’s big names like Harden or Kyrie, or teams like Blazers or Bulls blowing up. Also, there is no ways Cs can hold on to all them talents next year…

The problem with the Hawks is the small forward position. The two guards are good, and the center position is ok. But if Hunter was more aggressive and took the ball to the rim more, it would open up the Hawks offense. A aggressive scoring forward is what the Hawks need
You got to trade Trae Young, he turns the ball over to much and he is piece of meat 🍖 for defenses. I mean man they go at him!
Hunter going up to 20mil I would trade him he plays a lot of iso ball. I’d like to see a nice big on our team or defensive two way player.Trae makes more then embiid just saying that’s crazy whoever we grab in the off-season we should really have a chance to go far they have invested too much not too.I think dj will actually sign even tho it’s been a little rocky after seeing the changes in the off season he’s a good coachable player and I don’t see him bailing that quickly when we’re clearly gonna be making moves. Trading JC will be a hard pill to swallow but I could see it happening. Who knows I could be wrong and maybe more time with Synder might improve the guys and there won’t be as many moves as I’m expecting
Attempt a trade for Jalen Brown or Siakim. Get rid of JC and Hunter. Keep Capela but start Big O and JJ. Pay Bey. Add a junkyard dog type of player.
