Coming into the game that could ultimately see us secure the best record of the 2022-23 NBA season, Bud has affirmed some of the greatness we have seen from Giannis this season. Buds quote above resonates with a video I remember watching from JxmyHighroller where he pretty much sums up Giannis to a tee. Essentially Jxmy boils it down to this: Giannis’ greatest asset, even greater than his obviously generational offensive and defensive capabilities, is his heart, and unending desire to elevate his team, lead by example, and win, at all costs. Last nights chase down block, while completely unnecessary, just reminds us why he’s so special; he’ll never give up, even (what seems like especially) when the odds are against him.
I’m keen to see the great stuff we will do this playoffs, we have great guys to get behind, and a leader we should all have immense trust in, he’s earned it
