Can Bron and AD afford to sit this game and the team won’t lose to much ground for clinching a playoff spot? Like if they sit this game, and play the final two. Well that still solidify the 6th seed? I feel like I haven’t seen Bron vs KD on the court in a while. Would love to see that matchup, before we play them in the WFC 🙂 ..I guess I could google the answer to my questions, but I’d rather interact with the group lol. Thanks for the feedback.

I’m a bit nervous about this one, ngl. Coming off from a 4 game road trip against the well rested Clippers team which we usually have a hard time playing against. Then again Paul George is out and Westbrick is on their team now so let’s see what happens.

    LETS GO!
MASSIVE game as this moves us up! LETS GOOOOOOO

    Flippers will be outburst tonight.

They have no one to throw at AD

Torn about AD playing today. His injury is a stress related one that can get worse with overuse.

But I also want to beat the Clippers. Stupid OT game really screwed up the plan. Had they kept AD’s minutes low and won, it would have been easier to say this back to back is okay with the lighter load.

One train of thought is to sacrifice the game tonight, rest AD and try to ball out in their last 2.

Pros: Clippers should be easier with their own injuries. AD gets the rest and you play it safe for the rest of the games before the playoffs.

Cons: 11th straight possible loss to the Clips. Lower chance to miss the play-in.

Attack Gordon, Hyland, Morris, and Westbrook on defence they are garbage defensively

As much as I would love the 5/6 seed, I think the Lakers are in a good spot and I wouldn’t be too upset if they played it safe with AD and Bron. Seeing our guys repeatedly get hurt from overuse is not fun. Not to mention, winning this game doesn’t guarantee wins for the last two games either!

    What BS schedule is this?

We play a back to back while having played sunday. But the Flippers last game was Saturday and they’ll be rested and ready.

    WTF

And monday had no games because of NCAA.

Ham better play Rui to guarantee a win.

5th seed. We own the tiebreakers over GSW

  11. if someone told me 2 months ago that we’d be 0.5 GB for 5th seed I’d call that person crazy

  12. ButterflyOwn

Three point shooting still looks trash I hope dey fix it before playoffs

  13. Elrothiel1981

I almost say Lebrun and AD rest tonight

  14. ZuesAgeddon

Going into OT last night might cost us AD and/or Bron tonight. I think WB is going to try and really show out tonight, and in the last couple years that usually results in forcing a bunch of bad shots and turnovers…but against the Lakers that usually means shooting way above your average and making a bunch of threes that you usually don’t!

  15. As much as I’d love to win today, I think it’s time for a little bit of load and expectations management. Back to back, after a road game that went to OT, with all the injuries we had this season, may be it’s worth AD sitting this one out. Focus on the war, not the battle

  16. Sin-A-Bun

This will be Russ’s most efficient game of the last 2 years.

  17. LeFxckYouThree

Doubt AD plays, hopefully our supporting cast steps up.

  18. Cornfed54

I really hate to say it but I think after that game last night we should sit AD. I want this win but he still has the bruise. We cannot afford an injury. Honestly Bron too. AR15 for 40?

  19. FairyEnchantedDildo

It is better to be a 7th seed play-in team with everyone healthy than a 5th seed playoff team with injured AD or LeBron.

Warriors are absolute garbage on the road and there is a good chance that they will lose to the Kings even if they rest 1 or 2 players. They lost to Denver without Jokic just 2 days ago.

The game Vs Suns for the Lakers will not be tough because I am 100% confident they will rest KD for the second game of a back2back. They might even rest CP3 or Booker.

  20. relivesa

People are so bizarre. I don’t understand wanting to sit AD. He’s looked completely fine for weeks now. You have a real chance to get out of the playin. If we essentially choose to lose this game they are almost certainly in the playin.

They lose an entire week of rest that everyone is so concerned about. And if he can’t get through a b2b, why do you think he could get through the playoffs when they play almost every other day nonstop?

This is on top of y’all acting like an extra FIVE minutes of basketball is so detrimental that high level athletes couldn’t possibly play the next night.

Play the game. Get the W. Get that week off. If they’re serious about a playoff run, get out of the playin.

  21. Need to see AD play if only for letting the Kleber Elf hit that three, ankles be damned, we’d be able to rest here if not for the last 2 minutes of that game

  22. Damn I want this win. Clips have had the Lakers number for way too long. And you know Brick is gonna be 5-7 from 3 tonight.
