  1. This games huge for a lot of reasons if the lakers win they got the sun's next game if the sun's want to avoid the lakers which I think they do they probably rest KD because there basically looked in a 4 the kings also can decide this they got the warriors

  2. Durant is no leader if he never went to GSW he would still be looking for his first ring. He should thank Curry for letting him come to his team.

  3. Just a stupid take. Just try to win and play against whoever is in front of you. KD is not unbeatable. He was just swept last year.

  4. Ric using the NCAA tournament as an example is right. Before this year, I used to think that the NBA might be better off as a 1 game format like some other top tier sports. But after watching the NCAA (women's) final four I said heck no. Stick to the series 😅. South Carolina would have honestly beaten Iowa if it was a series. Considering that basically 1 player beat them due to terrible planning and in game decisions. Chances are the opening game would have been there only loss in a series format. And the other final four match, Virginia Tech would have pushed that to 7 or however many games women's series go to, before losing to LSU. Like Imagine the 01 Lakers… they'd have lost the title because AI and Philly beat them in game 1. Thankfully it was a series and they won the next 4. NBA is probably the 1 league where the legitimate best team of the finals win the trophy. So heck no… avoiding the Suns just to scrap in the play in is nonsense.

  5. The lakers can lose still in a good spot to.get the 6th seed be sure they hold the tie breaker with the warriors who git the kings now if the lakers beat the clippers kings don't want the lakers so defending on tonight's result the kings might rest against the warriors

  6. You play to win the game and let the chips fall were they lay. Trying to manipulate to play this or thst team could find you our the whole thing. Guys like aucho make you look like you're scared . It's about completing and may the best team win. But I guess that's that generation

  7. Cha,Chi,Dal,Min,Den,OKC, and SA are the teams they have beaten since KD joined the suns… How impressive is that 7-0 record???

  8. Funny how Giannis kept losing but then won finally and now all of a sudden Giannis is great. And suns were 8th seed almost lookin in when they got kd

  9. None of those teams beating KD and the suns.. Booker be going off in the playoffs and KD is a different beast when it comes playoffs time…

  10. I agree with Joy. Try to avoid the Suns and you just might get the Suns or get an injured player playing the worse team. The basketball gods crazy

  11. There are no KD haters. There are those who see him and those who don't.

  12. This was the dumbest segment I’ve ever seen. They all sounded dumb af

  13. Why does everyone treat the suns is like the '96 chicago bulls? Because of KD? Here's my question, does the suns even want to face the healthy LeBron and AD with their new squad that just beat them the last time?

  14. Why everyone in the media act like KD is this Godlike figure that's unbeatable? He literally injured himself in a layup line 😂

  15. First of all the play-in you only need to win 1 of 2 games if you are the 7 or 8 seed. I don't think you'd even rather be the 9 or 10 seed basically, since then you have to win 2 games in a row…

If you assume the Suns are much better than everyone else, and that you're very likely to make it through the play in (say you're 80% to win each game – then you only lose both games 4% of the time), then it's totally clear that you'd rather be in the play in. If you are the 7 seed, you only need to face the Suns in the conference finals, which gives them 2 chances to lose.

One way to look at it is, if you enter the play in, which is more likely – that the Suns lose before you have to face them, or that you lose in the Play in. If you think the Suns are much tougher than other matchups, and that you're very unlikely to lose in the play in, then it is good strategy to be there rather than the 5 seed (if those are your only 2 choices), even though it is a statistical possibility that you could lose in the play-in.

I don't know if both these assumptions are true for any of these teams. But it definitely could be a viable strategy.

  16. I get that KD is the future HOF, but Booker deserves a lot of credit for these 7 wins too.
