RJ is hilarious. Him and JJ need more time together at espn or here
I have a feeling this will be like a Matt Damon VS Jimmy Kimmel feud. Can't wait!
JJ and RJ should totally do a podcast together called Role Players
Stil upset about the Bird getting disrespected but Iām a forgiving man
JJ tighten up keep it real
Compare minutes played between players and then reconsider your mvp take
Boston has a lot of pressure also
Jokic needs to be put under pressure since heās such an MVP
I want to see Milwaukee vs Denver or GS
I don't feel like any team has tremendous pressure to win a championship this season. The Nuggets have probably the most pressure out of anybody to do well in the Playoffs though–if they don't at least get to the WCF's there will be a lot of talk.
āgiven how every team in the west has been disoriented except for Sacramentoā is an insane sentence to say on April 1
Love this duo! Feels like two bros on a couches, chatting about bball. More of this
Jokic should not have been MVP last year. They were the 6th seed and he won. that's insane. How can you be MVP if you're not even a top team. If he doesn't win this year, even if he deserves it, that would just be fair. Greek Freak or Embiid for me
I disagree with Denver, but for different reasons. Conventionally, Denver fits the criteria for āunder most pressureā with jokic possibly going to win his 3rd mvp and everyone healthy. But I donāt think they are under that much pressure. This team to me is like the 2019 bucks. Great team but doesnāt have a deep playoff run (excluding the bubble, which was a little weird). I think if Denver loses this year, they will still be a contender for years and can use a loss to learn from. The real pressure is on Philly and Phoenix. Because those 2 teams gave up a lot for the players they got. And we donāt know how long their window is with harden, Chris Paul, and possibly kd due to age and injuries. I think their championship windows might be closing which is why they have more pressure to win now
Why doesnāt RJ like JJ as a person?
Omg so right, it's now or never for Denver and it pains me to say it but, they are gonna choke… š¢ You can blame it on a lot of things, but they just don't have it and I can feel it in my bones
Edit: Can I say that Richard Jefferson is a treasure! Love that guy!
im a denver fan. If they get anything less than a finals appearance I'm going to be absolutely pissed.
The reason Denver have the most pressure is because Jokic is the outright mvp, no questions asked. It should be a 3 peat slam dunk
I reckon suns is under more pressure
Cp3 badly need a ring to improve his legacy
+ KD also need to win a ring without gsw
+ Booker already got help
+ They are considered as a super team
And I also think 76ers are under more pressure to win a ring with doc rivers and harden needing a ring to cement their legacy and Embiid also needs a ring
While in nuggets case it's only jokic who is under pressure but he has more time than say harden or cp3
Because of this pressure, I feel that Jokic purposely gave up the MVP to Giannis or Embiid bc he would get criticized to death if he loses again early!!
Uh, what about the clips?
I think Suns also got pressure since they got KD
Would love a RJ and JJ podcast
