Ainge played himself. Dude is a complete tool

  2. To be fair, that was early in the summer when the Jazz had more leverage. That same Tony Jones reporter claimed towards the end of the summer that Utah requested RJ, IQ, 2 firsts and pick swaps/filler before dealing with Cleveland once we said no. That would’ve been a far more realistic trade package

How many times is Obi gonna drop 30 when Randle sits before people realize that he is a really fucking good scorer?

IQ, Grimes, and Obi would look like future superstars on a non-contender, our team is just deeper than Mark Cuban’s pussy

just obi, quickley, and grimes without the picks or deuce is a hard maybe. it made sense for the cavs. not for us at that price.

At this point there is not a single player in the NBA I’d want to trade if it meant giving both Grimes and quick

I wish nothing but the worst for the jazz

  7. Dragonthorn1217

That would have been such a steal for the Jazz holy crap.

  8. admiral_aubrey

Of course that’s what the Jazz “wanted”, just like the Knicks “wanted” Mitchell for Trevor Keels straight up. Doesn’t really mean anything.

That’s a package for maybe Giannis, Jokic or Embiid, ain’t too many players I’d trade that much for.

I hope Leon listened to that, said to Ainge ‘And here’s my counteroffer,’ then just hung up the phone.

6 1st rounders?? Has that ever happened in the history of the nba?

  12. Baring any self sabotage, no one in their right mind would have gone ahead with this deal.

  13. dazindannyyy

IQ in that pic is my exact reaction to this trade offer.

  14. Katsu-Shintaro

Great player. But he’s a smaller guard who is going to break down.

  15. LonerStonerLove

So true. I’m not sure I’d want to give up all that for even KD. So glad the Knicks’ FO had the backbone to walk away.

No way this trade works for Knick fans. We have waited far too long to have a real future and these kids are that hope. No doubt that DM is a generational talent, but it provides no ROI heading down the road.

The bench would have been a disaster.

    Fuck Danny.
