With Stephen Silas coaching his final home game of the Houston Rockets, he looked back on his three years in Houston with pride. His departure seems imminent, but was he set up to fail from the beginning?

He was never set up to fail, he came here expecting russ and james harden to play but unfortunately they both wanted out when he got here so he just got delt with a bad hand. It sucks for him but it is what it is.
Sounds like Silas's friends are trying to make him look good in the media.
He was setup to fail? Dude is asking KPJ for confirmation to hold off on subbing him in for Josh Christopher when JC is playing well. He could have easily put some assertiveness and accountability on the team if he wanted
There is only one way to hold a nba player accountable not playing him but who was going to play nix? Lmao you were setting him up to fail period mission accomplished. This is the Texans the last three years
Of course find a melinated man to blame and not the usual 'white' culprit. This is ALL Tillman fertitas fault, he's the one whose given the tank orders. The Rockets organization have done a nose dive to the dungeon of the nba and it all began when Tillman bought the team
Silas is too soft to be a head coach in the NBA….too timid
