I think it’s interesting to think about, because Jimmy is having incredible seasons but is let down by Miami’s terrible roster construction. Butler is 33 years old and his window to compete for a championship is almost done. This allows Miami to add another scoring threat and get off a pair of awful contracts. Washington sends Beal elsewhere and begins to rebuild in earnest by collecting two first round picks of moderate value.
Besides that, I just think it would be fun to watch Beal and Jimmy play together.

I’d try to get whatever the Knicks offered for Donovan Mitchell. The wiz won’t get that for Beal, but that’s a good starting point.

Thinking of all the mocked deals for Beal we saw two years ago this makes me want to eat a bowl of engine parts, nuts and bolts.
But unfortunately that’s probably extremely realistic and not a bad deal

As much as I don’t want Beal as the leader of this team, he’s not that bad. Averaging 23 ppg on 50% fg is no easy feat. He should be worth more. D-Rob is basically another Bertans. I agree with one of the previous posts they should throw in at least Jovic.
