As well as not developing the bench players & running the starting core into the ground minutes wise starting from game one this season.

It's clear that the Raptors have talent, but just don't deliver on it consistently. This has to come down to coaching – it's up to the coaching staff to get the best from the personnel they have to work with and it just hasn't worked out.
