  1. Legendary interview! Takes me back to 1998 hearing Mr. Costa's voice every time I watched Jordan play. Best year in recent history

  2. Bob is definitely biased towards the Jordan bird magic era, today’s game is still on national tv ESPN TNT NBA channel and you can’t discredit social media

  3. Bob Costas is a legend and this is a great interview. He seems a tad bit stuck in nostalgia of the past and because of that perhaps unable to fully appreciate this teams present.

  4. Costas sounds a slight bias here. If MJs story start in the NCAA tourney, then Steph story starts there as well. Steph has been box office.

The real problem with marketing the NBA is the when you marketed MJ you knew he was going to play. When you market these guys today, you have no idea if they are going to play.

The likability that MJ has Steph has the same!

  5. Bobs showing his age.. appreciate the now. Warriors are the best show. Who wants to watch 85-79 final scores?
