OKC always did a fantastic job with scouting talent, Harden and Westbrook are prime examples of this. But yea, despite all of those draft picks, we just have to see what they can do in the playoffs. It is scary for sure to look at what their future could be like but for now we just have see

Next year could be interesting. SGA might get even better somehow, Giddey will probably improve going into year 3, you’d hope JDub builds on his amazing rookie season and doesn’t have a sophomore slump, and Chet Holmgren will be playing. And heck, there’s a lot of issues on the floor that this team has had that Chet will immediately fix. Rebounding, paint defense, stretching the floor. Poku improved this season, hope he can build on it. They’ll probably bring in at least 1 good rookie as usual. I almost expect them to have a winning record next year.

I’m always interested by teams going the “cash in all the chips” route…. What if they traded a guy and 7 firsts to get Victor in the next draft? They’d add Chet and Victor back to back and take the league by storm.
