It’s not a debate if it was the right move. Literally okc won their last two games. So Mavs would’ve still finished 11th & risked losing their pick. Dummies. It was the right move. Season was over when they lost btb against hornets

They didn't quit on the "Season". they should've quit back in November when they lost both games to the Pistons in the same week and when they couldn't grab a rebound at all.
The difference between the Kings game and the Bulls game is that they no longer controlled their own destiny and the Memphis v Bucks outcome all but sealed the Thunder winning their last game. It was the right move if you fully understood all the moving parts. It just looked bad to casuals.

Let’s be honest.. Dallas should had lost to Sacramento Kings. They were kicking Mavs ass by 15 at HT. It was obvious to me the officiating REALLY HELPED Mavs out in 2nd half. Seem to me refs were helping Mavs get back in that game (and then won it). NBA wanted Dallas in the playoffs (for ratings). So ya they’re pissed 😡
