At least someone is taking accountability
Not his fault. He did all he could do by getting us Mcgee and Wood. He cant control the fact that the coaching staff COUGH COUGH Kidd isnt creative and cant maximize the roster that is given to them.
Kidd should learn from him and hold himself accountable as well.
Get a motivational coach

It is a little weird, but can you bring JKidd into the bathroom with you, to stare at himself?
I fully believe if Kidd could have just followed the stats (aka not starting powell, not taking people out that are hot on a given night), we would be in a completely different position.
If only our coach would do that
I remain optimistic about Nico, but it has been a very shaky ~year for him as GM.
The Bad:
– Played a part in not being able to lock a deal in with Jalen Brunson
– Gave a 34 year old Javale McGee a 3-year contract, who became unplayable
– Extended a 30 year old injury-prone Maxi Kleber for 3 additional years at $11M a year
– Traded culture pieces + a first round pick for Christian Wood who is now leaving
The Good:
– Traded two 2nd round picks for Jaden Hardy
TBD:
– Traded 2 solid pieces in Dinwiddie and Doe + 2 seconds and a first for Kyrie (my belief is this will be a great trade if we can re-sign him)
We simply have to make better personnel decisions than we have so far during his tenure.
Kidd has to go.
