[Palpatine] “I am the Senate,” Skywalker confirms

  2. Darkphobia_

We’re so similar to Hawks. I can see us firing Kidd midseason while fighting for 0.500.

  3. RyceMenace

Then fire the assistants and get better ones. You cant be for real right now Nico.😑

  4. botebote77

the armor of 2011 and WCF run is too strong

  5. Useless_Citizen_Guy

Welp. If we continue to suck around midway through next season Kidd will definitely be fired. But unfortunately, that fluke WCF run brought him some extra time as a coach here…

  6. Bravesfan8

    I hate it here..

We are all in Spain without the S.

  7. OutlawSundown

This front office is something else

  8. Affectionate_Sort_78

Hey, the front office wanted to lose games at the end of the season when a play in spot was on the line. Why not Kidd?

  9. Alex_Sander077

Had we fired the wife beater a month ago we make the playoffs. That’s how bad the bald fraud is. And this guy want to keep him for next season too??? Absolute insanity.

  10. shibbyman342

He could fire him tomorrow and the statement would have been true. He *currently* is our coach.

I don’t ever believe answers when media/pressure puts FO members or teammates against each other. I am not saying he’s going to get canned, but I don’t think this is confirmation he’s coaching us next season.

  11. Active_Page_3886

Worst run organization in the league

  12. Retardo214

Idk what ya expect him to say, ” he sucks ass, we gonna fire him” he said exactly what he is supposed to say, he would have said the same thing if he knew he was firing him the next day.

  13. HoneyIShrunkMyNads

and bleach is my new favorite drink

  14. el-fenomeno09

I get the frustration but our roster is worse than he is. He’s just mid tbh

  15. vlad_thegod

I don’t understand. He doesn’t say that in the clip. He says Jason Kidd needs to be evaluated

  16. H_Finn27

Can we at least make him hire a fucking assistant with real game management experience who can draw up ATOs? Steve Kerr always has a former head coach on his staff. Mike Brown, Kenny Atkinson etc. We have Sweeney, St Jean and Luka’s buddy

  17. slimkid07

    “… for now.”

    *evilly twirls mustache

  18. jdmay101

Next season is a write-off then. And if next season is a write-off, it wouldn’t be surprising if Luka goes elsewhere afterwards.

  19. ChuckMoody

I hope at least we get a new assistant coach focusing on offense. Playcalling was abysmal all season long and the way we used Kyrie and Luka was just dumb at times. Need more creativity on offense. Defensive coaching was hard evaluate because our roster is so bad on defense

  20. killbill469

    Step 1: Fire J Kidd

    Step 2: Hire Mike D’Antoni

    Step 3: Resign Kyrie

Step 4: profit from the insane offense MDA puts together

  21. BmoreDude92

I’m going to opening game with a double sided sign. Fire Kidd, other side Cuban sell the team

  22. Swagovich

look back at this when we fire his ass mid season

  23. MastaMayne

Doesn’t anyone also agree that the roster was such a dumpster fire you can’t really put the blame on Kidd? This roster is total ass. Kidd had us in the WCF last year. I do think he’s lacking on X’s and O’s but there are so many glaring issues we have outside of him that firing him wouldn’t do much

  24. Bsilly32

Que up another sub par season full of Kidd not taking a single bit of accountability

  25. niizuma

tanking Woods value this season and losing a first rounder in the process shouldve resulted in kidd and nico being fired, that was horrendous asset management and fo malpractice.

  26. mjrenburg

Would like to down vote his comment, but not the reporting of it.

  27. torodonn

Cuban’s stance on coaches is clear. He’s not the kind of owner who has a coaching carousel.

Honestly, Kidd wasn’t good this season but every good employer gives their employees chances to fail.

We’ll see what Kidd learns from his mistakes.
