  1. You cant have it both ways for 38 year old battered body .. either Lebron play defense or compromise the offense and its understandable from a spectator point of view let alone a sport analyst .. its frustrating to see Lebron dilly dallying on defense or caught flat footed in a defensive coverage, a risk that Lakers has to take vs Lebron's power to dominate in a crucial situation .. that is where Lebron is being paid.

  2. Let’s be honest, Minnesota choked that game away. Memphis won’t do the same. I was hoping to see the lakers look more dominant

  3. Let's be real here. You guys really think after it took the Lakers overtime and Anthony Edwards playing a horrendous game just for the Lakers to win by six points that they will be able to run the table and reach the finals? Man the delusion is impeccable

  4. The no. 1 thing that's concerning me about the Lakers in the playoffs (specifically against the Clippers and the Warriors) is 3-point shooting in high stress situations.

    Beasley went 1-2
    Brown went 1-5
    Dlo went 0-4
    Reaves went 1-5

We hit 10 3-pointers and the Timberwolves hit almost double, total. Got lucky Bron/Schroder got hot, but what happens when that isn't the case? Also got lucky KAT got into foul trouble and the Timberwolves were lacking McDaniels/Gobert.

Don't think we make it past the second round. But to go from 13th at the trade deadline to the playoffs is insane! I'm putting my hopes of getting a chip in the next season.

  5. The other team has paid nba players also … a win is a win in the professional sports 🏈 ⚽️ 🏀 ball

  6. Grizzlies will destroy these Lakers.

So many clowns thought this trash team will go to the Finals.

    Hahahahhahahahahhaa

  7. I genuinely don't think this had to do with them not being engaged or anything. I geniunely think they're burnt out. Not only have they played desperate basketball for the last 2 months, this last week of the season was really weird. 4 game road trip, 5 games in 7 days, then 8 games in 14 days. That was then compounded by the bad teams they played.

There 3 best 3pt shooters, who all shot over 40% for the season, combined were 1-12.

This also was a massive step up in intensity and pressure for some guys. I don't think it's an accident the 3 players with the most experience ended up playing the best.

I think these 4 days off will definitely help them look better.

  8. Bro you talking about what it takes to win, like habits, bro do you not know who LeBron is, did you not see where he was in the finals yr after yr, bro you stupid 😂😂😂

  9. The Lakers managed to win the game in OT agaisnt a team that is such a mess that lsot 3 players the night before due to them fighting between them. There are no possitives for the Lakers besides the win, and for sure there is no reason to be possitive about them. The TO Lebron had down the stretch, down in the clutch moments were horrendous but not uncharacteristic. This is a b@llshit take about them. Kind of reminds me the one about the Celtics being tall, athletic and more talented(!) compared to the Warriors….And we all know how that went.

  10. I don’t see how Laker beat Memphis. They played like trashed today. It is just Timberwolf played even more like tradh

  11. All the criticism on lebron factually is correct but zero context. Not saying ur a hater but u failed to give the basic of why he played bad defense.

You sound like the media robots when they say someone played well if they scored points and bad if they don't.

Separate yourself by analyzing why. Is this the price of lebron playing with the foot? Is this the cost of the energy he spent playing 3 games in 4 nights? Or is this just the drop off from father time? If lebron is habitually playing bad defense then he's called a bad defender. Is that what your saying?

  12. a colleague / business partner of Coward has a backwards hat on? kudos for not acquiescing to the fashion cop : )

  13. Antony Edwards was the reason the Lakers won the game.. if he had played a regular bad game for his standards.. say 17 pts 6/17 FG.. The Wolves could have won.. but he was atrocious..

  14. We have to talk about Darvin Ham’s rotation and just lack of coaching compared to the other playoff coaches. He has Mo Bamba getting DNP’s consistently when the team needs a bit with rim protection with AD off the court

  15. Oh pls stop. Refs stopped calling fouls on LA in 2nd half so they won the game. Thanks for not being an LBJ hater 😂😂😂

  16. Lebron is 38 its impossible to play defence/offence for 35min playing vs 10-15 years younger players. Ofcourse he gonna rest in defence, put great offensive numbers and lose in round 1. You cant rest in defence againts top 8 nba teams and imagine you will beat them multiple times. 2021 playoofs will repeat for Lakers in 2023

  17. Minnesota blew that game. Went from shooting 50% from 3 to scoreless for 5 mins. All their movement and cutting just stopped. Every possession looked the same, Ant having the ball late in the clock and him just not driving and missing contested 3s.
Neither team wanted to score lol

  18. Dlo has been a bit underwhelming he’s so bad defensively than you can’t have him in the game late. That’s why Dennis is so valuable for this team Dlo is more talent as an overall player but Dennis can play late him games because he bring value to the defensive and and make a couple shots offensively

  19. When will you all realize this Lakers team isn't that good. They've been struggling against really bad teams. No way they're beating any of the top teams in both conferences.

  20. Dennis Schroeder was the mvp for the Lakers. His defense was incredible

  21. The Lakers are just not very good, don't think that's going to change in the next weeks.

  22. Spo was heavily outcoached last night. Can’t have Kyle Lowry and Gabe Vincent guarding Capella all night
