Check this out. Aren't last year's Suns better than this year's? They won 64 games. What happened in Game 7 in the 2nd round against Dallas @ Phoenix ? 🤣 Now my Clippers with just Kawhi is still better than that Dallas team that upset the better and deeper Suns team from last year.
Last year's Mavs team had Luka and who else? Luka was the lone star defeating Book and CP3. Yeah, I'm aware KD is a difference maker but Kawhi can cancel him out. We need Powell to go point for point with Booker. Then our bench is superior to the Suns' bench.
Now us upsetting the Suns does not mean we will win it all. Denver is a nightmare matchup for us. I get 2020 deja vu. Right before we're going to meet the Lakers in the WCF, we lose to Denver right before it regardless if we get PG back.
If Clippers do upset Phoenix, then all eyes on Warriors vs. Lakers in the 2nd round. Whoever wins that should reach the Finals. Lakers matches better to Denver than Golden State does. But Golden State has that deep playoff experience that most of the young Lakers lack.
Hence, why I'm doing all these special bets with Golden State and Lakers beating the Celtics in the Finals. Some go as high as 80-1. Then another with Bucks beating the Warriors and Lakers. Cover all sides. Win money. You can't lose.

I don't know why Kidd is not getting the criticism he deserves, he's done a terrible job in my opinion. They're still just jacking up 3s and hope they go in on any given night. Telling all your players to just stand in the corner and be ready to shoot when Luka passes the ball has to be demoralizing for the players. They need to be more dynamic.
