Something that also has went sneaky under the radar is that the warriors actually have the #1 defense since GP2 has been playing and that's without Wiggins. Mind u it's only been like 8 games but we also have his last year line up data with current team mates as sample. Also aside from Wiggins missing the end of the season something that's not talked about is not only that but Wiggins only played 37 games this year. And of those 37 he actually played Steph was also injured for a chunk of them. So the team has never really been healthy and together most of the year. Granted they still started 2-7 with everybody. But it was mostly the bench being awful.
I really hope it will be. But man I don't know…Once playoffs starts game changes and this young, inexperienced Kings team is going against Warriors. I actually wouldn't be surprised if GSW ends this in 5. But hope and wish for Kings to pull out a game 7 but still I can't imagine Warriors losing it.
I'm calling Warriors in a gentleman's sweep – 5 games. Defense matters in the playoffs and the Kings are bottom 10 in the league over the entire season. That just ain't gonna cut it. Meanwhile, Warriors will have Wiggins back and the recent return of GP2 factored in will continue to elevate the Warriors D which has been rounding into form these last few weeks of the regular season.
Honestly think the Kings have no chance against the Warriors. Not exactly because of the roster, but the experience gap will prove to be too much. Which is weird… because the Kings are the higher seed lol.
