If your team doesn't even make the playoffs, it's really hard for me to say that person is one of the 5 best in the NBA, or the best at his position. I think the world of Luka, but we have to start being honest about criticism. He wasn't playing as hard as they needed all the time, he wasn't getting back on defense enough, yes his stats are amazing, but anyone that has that level of usage and attempts that he gets on a pretty average team will inevitably have great stats. That's just my very humble opinion, he definitely should be second team, but I can't do first again, not this year. The scary part is if all these "fans" that love him continue to talk like he can never do any wrong, act like he is immune to being criticized, then he won't reach his true potential which is what we should all want from him.
Itâs not that big of a deal. Everyone who understands basketball even a little knows that Luka is better than Donavan so, okay, put Donavan first team. It doesnât mean shit.

everyone knows Luka has been a top 2 guard all year and itâs just sports politics for weirdos to not vote him first team.
Luka should probably be on 2nd All NBA team because of the team record, but if you put SGA over Luka then I don't get it. OKC doesn't have much better record than Mavs and actually Luka has a better record than SGA. I don't mind putting SGA and Luka on second team together, but I don't see how can you punish Luka for bad record while promoting SGA for almost the same record.
As much as i want him to be part of the first team but i think they will give it to shai and mitchell.
Iâd be OK with Luka 2nd or 3rd team. The whole season was a mess, Luka was salty, little effort on defense, lost many clutch games. Letâs just write off this season (and individual awards) for now, and start fresh and motivated next season. OKC/Cavs with their star PG simply have a better story this season and deserve it more.

Mitchel was good no doubt but Luka was still better individually, but if it's about team records then Luka will be on the 2nd team. I hope Luka goes to 2nd team and fires him up for next season.
Why Sga should be in front of Luka? They have the same record. Luka is a better player than SGA. Better stats, Mavs without Luka cannot win….

Luka is the most coddled superstar in the league, if he wasn't so fat and lazy spamming stepback 3's he'd be first team AND scoring title

Luka's a good Player offensively. Rubbish defence and no all rounder. Feels like overrated a bit. Too young for all the hype and don't see same level of effort and winner attitude like MJ, LBJ and other great players.

All nba is about individual season… And luka had a better one then any other guard in the league so yes he should be there… Having a bad team around him is not his fault.. He created so many open shots that they were missing
