The Detroit Pistons will interview Milwaukee Bucks’ assistant Charles Lee & Former University of Connecticut coach and 13-year NBA veteran Kevin Ollie for their head coaching job, sources tell The Athletic & ESPN. Ollie guided UConn to the 2014 NCAA championship and recently finished coaching stint at Overtime Elite.

While I would be looking, I think you need to wait until the lottery to hire. That might determine who’s available to them.
Just hearing Kevin Ollie’s name after all these year is wild. The truth is he won with Calhoun’s guys and then they went to the desert. It also coincides with them leaving the Big East and losing New York recruiting. They came back, recruited the NE again and won the title again.
Kevin Ollie is an en enigma wrapped in a conundrum. I can’t imagine they’re going to hire him but it’s wild to think about.
