    I don’t think this is the almighty stat they look at for DPOY there’s a lot more that goes into it

    Rebounds aren’t the stat you use for DPOY. Blocks, steals, defensive rating, stats like that are the proper metric, the other three are better while also anchoring the best defenses in the league

  4. ABSOLUTELY REBOUNDS COUNT. Rebounds and blocks are defensive stats. Most of dpoy were big men. The smaller guys win usually because of a high steal rate compared to block rating. Statistics show clax should be in the hunt.
