[Borman] Gobert’s gravity on the roll is insane. All five guys touching the paint when Conley goes baseline. I fully expect baseline driving to be a key part of Minnesota’s offensive attack against a Denver team without a true rim protector. Also is a great way to get KAT 3-point looks

Rudy helps our defense but he’s also a weapon to generate offense. Defense collapses on him in the paint, and KAT, Ant and NAW are wide open for 3s.

If we don’t keep Nowell, I hope we get Seth Curry or another shooter. Shooters + Rudy is potent offense and when Rudy is off the floor, we have the KAT-Ant system to generate offense. A whole new system to generate offense that we didn’t have last year.

That’s what bothered me in another game that I don’t want to keep mentioning. Rudy was slowing down near the 3point line at times … I don’t know why… or he was alone in the paint and it was weird …

I mean, okc isn’t a great barometer really. Their 2 biggest guys are out. No true center and dort guarding kat. If we didn’t feast inside against them, thats garbage.

I always say that Rudy gets doubled *without* the ball more than any other player in the Association.

They need to use Rudy more on offense. Like almost every possession should start with a Rudy screen. He shrinks the spacing by being a non shooter and makes it significantly harder for everyone else to operate but when you directly involve him in the action you get that spacing back via screens or him drawing people to the paint when he rolls. I hate watching possessions where Rudy starts in the dunking spot makes the offense so akward.
