The Adjustment that Changed EVERYTHING

In Wednesday’s NBA play in game, the New Orleans Pelicans faced off against the Oklahoma City Thunder in one of the greatest matches in NBA play in history.

The Thunder were able to pull through with the win, but not before an unusual slow start from the Thunder’s young All Star, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

In this basketball video essay, we break down the small adjustments Shai Gilgeous-Alexander made along with key contributions from Thunder players Lu Dort, Josh Giddey, Jalen Williams, and Jaylin Williams as the OKC Thunder make their unexpected push to the NBA Playofffs.

  1. Insanely good video, editing amazing, the clear but interesting delivery & short but sweet. Love you to see you do a lot more breakdowns on other teams too. Okc in 5 tho

  2. Another crazy video!!! I was waiting for this, when you watch a basketball game , you didn’t realize the adjustments but you pointed this out! 🔥 Awesome!

  3. Excellent video Thank you for taking the time to make it… What you pointed out as far as their composure as far as their ability to play within a team not as a player The unselfishness All these things that they exhibit to me maybe not to others but to me are from the Chris Paul effect… Chris Paul taught SGA how to be a leader how to be patient how to trust others I believe how to be an overall leader and player in this league I honestly believe if we have not had Chris Paul for that one year to teach SGA and some of these other players on the team the rebuild would still be happening. .

  4. Highly enlightening videos lately. I know it's a new channel and growing big specifically off of the Thunder is a tad difficult due to market size but I appreciate it as an OKC native.

  5. Awesome breakdown. I’ve been a massive Coach Mark fan since day one and believe in him being much more than a developmental coach and in a full long term championship level strategist. I love his tiny adjustments and I love these videos going into those details

  6. Reading through the comments you can tell a lot of ppl are not from the previous thunder era, or the Russ KD harden into Russ KD era. Only bc I can tell from some of the very good and encouraging comments that they do not know this is Royce young haha
