@Clan what do you think about Mamu vs Bassey? I think Mamu brings a whole lot more versatility. Is there room for both or will we need to choose?
Center is fully stacked up collins, bassey and barlow . If barlow can pick up what collins do on the offensive end who knows maybe 3 yrs hes the starting c.
I’ve always loved Zach collins
if Zach is going to start regularly, I think we need sign Mamu (he is similar with game) for safety, he play good enough to play when the injuries start
I don't mind Zach as the center. However, what I noticed is that Jakob limited second chance buckets for the other team which Zach is struggling with this season
But in past statements he's pretty much made it known that he's going out on his own terms. So who knows when that is?
Zach needs to be traded just like Jakob was. People don't realize that he doesn't defend effectively enough and makes a ton of mistakes on offense, often losing the ball. We have our backup centers in Bassey/Sandro and now we just need a real starting center. I don't think giving Zach a 12-15m dollar deal after next year makes sense for his limited skillset and lack of rim protection
I really like Collins – I just think we need depth and size at the wings and interior. And obviously we need a pg.

Clan, Manu has a place in San Antonio. He was around the facility a lot to begin the season, advise new players, but he isn’t there all the time, from my understanding. His family stays in Argentina full time.
He travels quite a bit on assignment for the team too.
