  1. This team obviously lacks the talent you would like to get you over the top in the playoffs so it’s hard to be super critical BUT… Dinwiddie legit is detrimental to this team. In these past two games it’s been really hard to tell how exactly he is benefiting the team in ANY way. Rebounding has been absolutely terrible as well it’s kind of embarrassing how bad it’s been.

  2. TheMongolianLemonade

I hope the fucking Warriors vs Kings game can wash the nasty taste out of my mouth.

  3. HEELHousell

Kuzma was cooking when he called him Dinshittie huh?

    Free Cam

  4. nickybishappy

Eight straight playoff losses. 10 of the last 11. Sigh

  5. Wavesuit

Salty af about this one, completely blew this one

  6. Kwilly462

Both teams played bad, but Philly won cuz they simply can out-talent us even with a bad performance.

Ah well, I’m used to sweeps at this point. And HOLY COW, Clax has disappeared into thin air.

  7. Greynevermatter19

JV is just Nash with some motivational speech

  8. SixthFan

Whelp, Philly played about as poorly as we could’ve hoped and we still couldn’t win or even make the game competitive in the fourth. We just don’t have the top end talent to compete in the post season unfortunately. I was a mad as shit at JV after the last game but I think he coached fine tonight and this loss was purely a talent issue. Late games you need a superstar to take over when the rest of the roster is gassed and we don’t have that guy.

I hate to be so negative but I think this kills our chances of winning a game this series. Fighting back while down 0-2 is not realistic for this team.

  9. BelonyInMyLeftPocket

It really sucks being exclusively a 3 point shooting team offensively and switching one defensively and constantly brick open 3s and rarely secure defensive rebounds.

  10. OkExternal1776

Free cam let’s see what he can do.. free claxton too at this point lol.

  11. sabascastellon

Anybody here think we can at least get one?

  12. tbloom117

If we just made 30-35% of our open threes this would’ve gone right down to the wire. Guys were gassed, simple as that

  13. Winter-Relief-9496

84 points in the modern nba – let cam run the second unit and see what happens

    It’s our only shot.

  14. ughwhateverman

This is a real team with a star. Until then, this result shouldn’t be surprising.

I’m going to savor these final 2 games (hopefully not). The gameplan was fine. The shots were fine. The rotations were okay. This team just lacks that #1 & we all knew this

Edit: Respect the effort. There’s a reason their shots weren’t falling. They were going hard defensively

  15. brook_lyn_lopez

Tough loss. That was very much a winnable game. Lots of good looks. Mikal, Dinwiddie, and Claxton have to be better as the main dudes in this team.

  16. I’ll admit I shit on him for half a season, but I gotta wonder what this squad looks like with Ben as the PG

  17. Shooting 40 3s was the downfall of this team. No playoff team succeeds jacking up that many 3s out of the flow of the offense

  18. Pulsar-GB

Could’ve stolen this game, but 38% from the field and 31% from 3 isn’t gonna cut it. It’s not even like Philly played amazing defense. They were good in moments, but we missed SO MANY open looks man, just disappointing

  19. OmniSzron

Such a sad game. We played really well on defence all things considered. Keeping Philly down to double digits is a feat. But it’s so frustrating to have a 3-ball reliant offence. Some night the shot just doesn’t fall and we have NOTHING to fall back to.

Royce was playing insane D this game. Him being able to hold his own against Embiid in one on one situations is unheard of.

  20. Bid_Affectionate

say what you will but diwinddie not being a legit PG lost us this game. he killed the momentum… again. plus obvious shooting slump

  21. GreenpointKuma

We know Jacque Vaughn has absolutely no strategic chops, but if he can’t even get his guys to fight for him in the Playoffs, what exactly is he doing here?

  22. guccigirlswag

Ugh. Fantastic 1st half undone by sloppy and undisciplined 3rd quarter. Some of that probably fatigue. We just don’t have the talent to match them.

  23. ThePessimisticBella

It is too much for the Nets to win 1 game in this series :——–(

  24. DackeronStar

This game was winnable. Refs were trying to fuck us, but Dinwiddie terrible defense and clock eating habits on offense was what really did us in.
