Hard to play defense when you’re riding the bench bc you broke your hand. Also doesn’t he lead the league in technical fouls or something? Plus he pays for the wolves so a lot of national media folks have probably never heard of him lol.
I think people would agree he’s a great defender but that doesn’t mean they necessarily think he’s THE best one.

I made a bet wayyy before the season started. Markkanen for Most Improved and Mobley for DPOY. $20 to win $25,500. Those leaked votes for Mobley gave me some hope.

I’m not too worried about that. Top 3 is much different than all defense.
This list should be much shorter, but there are always a few guys who give votes to others just to make a statement.
JJJ and Brook should be on EVERY ballot. Anyone who didn’t have those two shouldn’t have a vote.

I don’t disagree with these results. Jaden is an awesome young talent and our best overall defender, but he still fouls way too much.
