Well, us and those Warriors fans that are so annoying.
For **weeks** this sub was filled with posts agonizing over the DPOY race. Every little thing that Bill Simmons or someone said was talked about, numerous posts about how JJJ wasn’t getting the respect he deserved, countless statements on how shitty they were acting about it on r/NBA. And then Trip wins and the minute the Warriors go down 2 nobody’s even talking about the man. Wild.
As a Grizzlies fan living in LA, I **love** when the Warriors lose. Love that as much as anyone. But until they actually lose to the Kings, elation over them being down 2 in the series might not age well. If the series goes to 2–2, Warriors fans will be insufferable saying how they gave us a little something to be happy about when we just gave up on the Grizzlies one game in and then they took that away.
Why give annoying children the ammo to be more annoying?
