I don't trust the Lakers yet despite being a fan. The Lakers are still very inconsistent but it would be nice if the Lakers could wrap up the Grizzlies series quickly so that they can rest.
And Mannix is by no way a lakers fan everything he’s said was correct they do play defense and if Bron/AD stay healthy they could just as much rep the west in the NBA Finals as any other team mentioned

I'll wait till I see more than one good game. I am a fan and hope they win but this is only one game so a little bit of an overreaction.
From a talent standpoint this Lakers team is more talented and better rounded than the bubble squad. The field was way easier back then though..

If Mannix is believing in the Lakers, you know the Lakers have a squad because that dude is at heart, a Celtics fan.
If Beasley starts to hit some 3 pointer it’s gonna be hard to beat the Lakers.
