I'm on the same page as you, I also think Portland Could lift their protections of their picks and Send New yorks Pick that they got for josh hart, to Chicago in exchange for The pick they sent chicago which would give the bulls a tiny bit more to work with. But They shouldn't rebuild, They need to re-tool, I think their a good PG and a couple 3 point shooters away from Being a great team. We saw that last year when lonzo was healthy, Who filled The PG AND 3 point shooter roll for them, hence them being in 1st for most of the 1st half of the season.
bulls need a pg that can facilitate and shoot
and a power forward
