It's jaw dropping how a career locker room cancer like Kyrie Irving continues to enthrall NBA teams to where they eagerly snap him up once he desires a trade. What is wrong with these people? What is so exceptional about Irving that teams deliberately overlook his many character faults? Isn't Mark Cuban supposed to be a business guru? What did he, of all people, expect woud happen when he signed Irving? It is NO coincidence at all that things went downhill once Irving arrived in Dallas, and Luka became unhappy (in a press conference he pretty much implied the real reason why he was unhappy). Jeezus.

Jason Kidd seemed oddly determined to not play the roster the team put together for him. They should have just fired him instead of making the Kyrie trade.

They traded away their defense the get Kyrie – not a smart move. Kyrie has played decent since he got there, but he’s just bad luck to every team he’s on. Hopefully this opens Luka’s eye and sees that he needs to work on his defense as well as the whole team. Luka needs to lead by example this is his team
Shoulda got Luka a big man that can erase some of his weaknesses. That’s the problem with this team, no big man, nobody can score or dribble besides Luka/kyrie. Mavs need to let go of Powell and bullock this off season

Luka's soft. He bitches and cries about EVERYTHING. Mavs are a WNBA team that has no business being in a playoff format that requires at least one man to be on the team.
Tanking that last game establishes a negative mindset that will determine the future for the Mavs. Who will want to stay or go to a team that doesn't want to win?
