Here’s the clip of JJ calling out officials. He’s spot on. I hate being the fan that complains about refereeing cause you look like a sore loser. But it’s getting ridiculous. Respect to him.

This needed to be said. The national media has a lot of sway on the nba considering the tv deals pay for the entire league. You best bet the refs clean up their act game 3. I just want a fairly officiated game that’s all.

Hear Hear!!! JJ is formally invited to the cookout, and all future Warriors parades 🙌🏽

JJ bringing respect back to ESPN all by himself. Love that dude

It’s nothing new to us fans. However I want to point out a few things:
1) JJ hates talking about the refs. He has said, like I’m the video, that he appreciates the refs. So for him to say what he did and how he said it, says out
2) he added a lot of contexts to what happened. He also added what has been an issue since at least 2016 – in a league where you are supposed to let offense go unimpeded, you can grab and hold Steph Curry offball however you can. Cleveland was the worst of this. Glad it was mentioned
3) this is slightly moving to conspiracy territory and may not be in this video. After JJ Stephen A made the point that the refs answer to the league, and the league saw everything with their own eyes, and they offered their response. They are, in a sense, not only allowing this to happen and wanting this happen (letting the Kings get away with murder, let Sabonis push and hold people).

I’ve been watching all the playoff games so far and the reffing has been only problematic for Warriors vs. Kings series. And it hasn’t been that bad for quarters 1-3, it’s really only the 4th quarters when the refs become blind and high on crack. you can’t even touch malik monk or harrison barnes or you get a foul called. the fact that warriors successfully challenged and overturned two OBVIOUS non-fouls of game 1 and game 2 goes to show the refs are favoring the kings.

We either up 2-0 or tied 1-1 if refs were just even a little fair lmao

Damn this is a really strong take from JJ. He’s never this passionate about something like reffing

Thank you 🙌🏻 when you look at the stat sheet and see the fouls for the kings are getting them to the line 90% of the time and the warriors have less than HALF of the free throws but only 2 more fouls is ridiculous. Not to mention sabonis getting away with Dillon brooks style of play and still getting favorable calls. Warriors fell short in turnovers and on the glass, but if you officiate that game fairly they win by 6. Go dubs.
hahahoha
fck i love Redick’s energy 🙏

We never stood a chance to win those games, this is rigged

Referees hate the Warriors and it shows. Unfortunately, it isnt just the referees, but the NBA. Lets not forget all the flopping Embiid does, and gets rewarded with more free throws. Or How Luka gets his technicals rescinded, so he isnt suspended. Its a shame.

Wow you know it has to be egregious for a talking head to say something. Granted it is JJ and he’s not the casual talking head with all his ball experience but still. Props to speaking up JJ

JJ for President.
Sudden_Salary_7523
the r/nba loves jj reddick’s takes, but for some reason, when he talks about the warriors getting unfairly officiated and the kings getting away with several illegal contact, they start turning against the dude and saying the dude’s a clown🤣🤣
surfer_dood
Lol hockey is the same, playoffs are called totally different than reg season it’s a big joke now.
Accomplished_Iron805
JJ is one of the best analyst in the game. He’s spot on. Hopefully, the refs officiate more fairly at Chase Center with the crowd to hold them accountable.
Itezguatitez
Wow. It’s true that JJ rarely talk about refs but he’s spot on. Especially the play he’s talking about(when Looney has been called for the same thing but less egregious multiple times) and the Len foul on Steph in the first half that should’ve been 3 free throws and a flagrant.
The off ball stuff is wild aswell. Sure, they know everytime what we’re about to run, hell i know most of the times from watchong them play every two days, so I bet they do aswell. They’re communicating extremely well and letting everyone else not named Steph beat them, with special emphasis on helping off of draymond and other non scoring threats. They’re also GRABBING and BUMPING on to Klay and especially Steph every single play. They’d call one when it’s extremely clear and Steph complains/flops and don’t call one again for 2 quarters.
Don’t even try to conplain anywhere other than here because you’ll be met with “illegal screens” which really pisses me off. Since the bogut days, the only reason people complain so much about it is beacause of narratives and the fact that Steph is the best ever at scoring off of screens. Sabonis set like 5 illegal screens a game. So do a ton of other centers. Has anybody ever see Bam Adebayo set a legal screen?
biiirddman
JJ is a real one for saying Sabonis and Monk made multiple dirty plays. Other analysts only watched the 3 sec highlight of the accident. Refs are not calling the game fairly and it’s very obvious. Thank you JJ

It’s been happening all year, not just these two games against the Kings. Finally, someone has the balls to speak up.
Will things change? I dont know, but we’re winning the next two games in this series. Never been more confident of anything.

Man u r an inexperienced team and will have trouble playing in playoffa but if u allowed to do whatever the fucku want u ofc will win no matter how much inexperinece u have.

I was about to say something like “if we foul them on every play, they can’t call everything.” Then I remembered they called 5 quick ones on the warriors to start the quarter.
