The NBA has suspended Draymond Green for one game after stomping on Domantas Sabonis in the Golden State Warriors Game 2 loss to the Sacramento Kings. He will miss Game 3 as the series shifts to the Bay Area. While Sabonis grabbed Draymond’s ankle, the league cited in their statement that ‘the suspension was based in part on Green’s history of unsportsmanlike acts.’ Colin Cowherd reacts to the suspension, including how Draymond’s crowd antics hurt. The Phoenix Suns bounced back with a 123-109 Game 2 win over the LA Clippers. Devin Booker was the top scorer with 38 points and Suns starters shot 60.8 percent from the field. However, Colin shares the one thing that could hold Phoenix back: the lack of depth.

At this point, I would be shocked if the Warriors win this series given their emotional unraveling, largely at the hands of Draymond. Even with Draymond they haven’t been able to beat Sacramento so far, and like Colin said, it’s doubtful they could win without him. Sabonis will have a field day tomorrow in Golden State.
That would be the Warriors. The Kings remind me a little of the Cincinnati Bengals. Like the 2021 Bengals they're young, from a small market, and nobody expected them to be there.

NBA realized that Steph, Klay and Dray never had been defeated as long as they play together. So they had something to do about it!
I'm watching all of these pundits say that the team lacks depth… TJ Warren is a damn decent player. Cameron Payne will be back in a game or two, so that gives PHX another ball handler/playmaker/deep threat (37% from 3). Okogie has barely played. Damion Lee has barely played. Terrance Ross has barely played.
The Clippers are simply not a great matchup for PHX, physically, so they're gonna need BIG minutes and results out of the starters. They matchup perfectly fine against the rest of the Western Conference.
