The Hawks🦅 concerns had nothing to do
with how we played on offense. It was
our lack of defense that put us further behind on what we wanted to try and accomplish.
Boston was terrific and due to the sloppy 2nd quarter of turnovers by my Hawks team there
were moments where Boston just capitalized
on earning points off of bad mistakes. I will say this though Bogdan 📷Bogdanovic might be the biggest reason why Hawks have had success coming back into games this series.
Not only was Dejounte🔥 red hot on three point line in Game 2 but you also have to look at DeAndre Hunter and Trae's🏀 good performance too. If we start contesting Celtics shot attempts way more going forward we'd have a much better chance doing something about it. When it's playoff time if your defense suffers then you aren't going to be the better team in series usually because defense often wins championships. Tatum was sensational, Jaylen Brown showed how great he is,
and Robert Williams just couldn't be stopped.
We as a Hawks team had no solution whatsoever when Robert Williams kept
making his moves and shots inside paint.
