  1. WHAT

Does this mean Tommy fucked up something with regard to the Kuz/KP negotiations? This really came out of nowhere.

  2. Matt_Dawg

Out of NOWHERE. There you go Ted. Really thought we’d keep him for another year with WUJ, but damn.

  3. This + Snyder selling. I don’t need Christmas anymore

  4. SelfLoathinMillenial

    Wow. Didn’t see that coming.

Still I’m not getting hyped until I see what’s next. Fool me once and all of that

  5. Dig-Duglett

got us out of some bad contracts but also gave out some bad ones as well.

hate to say it but the guy had too many EG roots to take this team anywhere, adios tommy.

Big loss. I think he did a great job with what he inherited.

  7. lil_layne

I don’t see anything realistically changing if Ted is still the owner.

  8. I didn’t expect this.. not mad just surprised

  13. Coast_watcher

Aw, who’s going to be the scapegoat now ?

Time for a rebuild. No more committing to mediocrity

Ted saw Rui drop 30 against the grizzlies and said pack your fuckin bags

  16. As a Wolves fan living in DC, I think Tim Connelly might be his replacement. It was reported last week that there were rumors he would try to leave the Wolves if a certain Eastern conference job that wasn’t available became available. TC being Baltimore-born and a CUA-grad, it sent alarms off that he wants to come back to the DMV and lead the Wizards.

He’s public enemy #1 in Minnesota because of the Gobert trade (which was due to new owner syndrome more than his own incompetence imo) so I don’t blame him already planning an exit strategy.

Nice guy fr. Met him at the games and he was always a really cool dude to talk with. That being said I’m glad the organization is actually doing something about the underperformance. Tommy did some good things but the results were never there and at a point you gotta make changes. Wish him the best for sure and I hope people don’t celebrate too hard because he is a human at the end of the day. Let’s hope we get a great replacement tho one cause us as fans deserve it man.

We NEED to at least be interviewing Amber Nichols after what she has done with the GoGo!

What the hell? I’ve been under the assumption that everything Tommy has done has been with Ted’s guidance/approval. I know people have been mixed on Tommy, but I felt like Ted asking to build a playoff team, but refusing to blow it up was more on Ted, than Tommy.

I really wanted to see what Tommy could do if Ted would stop acting like tanking wasn’t an option. What do you expect him to do being in the 8-10 draft range every year, you didn’t want to trade Brad, you locked us into a Super max, and we have little wiggle room to turn this around without getting rid of Brad.

Was this not what Ted wanted? Or is Ted doing this to save face? Or is Ted finally ready to legitimately clean house?

I’m confused, but then again, I don’t know whether to be happy yet, because wtf does this mean for Kuz and KP? Are we ready to burn it down, or are we sticking to the mid 3? If Tommy got tossed, Wes could easily be next.
