I bet this is the burner account of that nobody on Twitter who said Embiid missed 6 straight jumpers and turned the ball over a lot in the clutch lmao, I mean this dude pulled up clutch stats from the playoffs and is using it to claim he’s so unclutch and shouldn’t have even gotten clutch player of the year (which is a REGULAR SEASON award btw) votes in the first place lol.

My friend I feel like you’d enjoy /r/nbacirclejerk

  3. I think the voting was pretty fair. Maxey got the best +- in the clutch, maybe Embiid stole his votes if anything

For dumbasses like this guy, here’s a reason Joel deserved some clutch player votes:

    >Embiid’s been clutch as hell this year. He’s had multiple game winners / daggers, has played great defense (Sixers are #1 in clutch defensive rating as a team despite closing with at least 2/3 huge negative defenders a lot in Harden / Maxey / Niang). Embiid’s “clutch” time stats per [nba.com’s numbers](https://www.nba.com/stats/players/clutch-traditional?dir=A&sort=PTS) are 3.6 pts at 49/31 splits to Fox’s 5 at 53/32).

How does he not deserve votes for Clutch player of the year lmaoo
