A look back at Michael Jordan’s first win in the Finals, and his record 13 consecutive made field goals (a record that still stands).

Many people don’t know that Jordan’s famous “spectacular move” set a record for consecutive field goals in a playoff game that still stands today. What’s not shown in these highlights was Pippen guarding Magic Johnson, which freed up Jordan to focus on scoring. Pippen’s tough defense was a revelation at the time.

The Bulls admitted they had been nervous in game one, their first Finals game, which they lost by one point. But they won the next four games with relative ease and began their dynasty.
