Julius Randle is asked if Jarrett Allen’s foul was a dirty play: “It doesn’t even matter at this point. My ass hurts, my elbow hurts, but I gotta get ready to play for tomorrow. I’m ready to go.”

That’s the kind of stuff we need to hear from him. So far it seems like he’s learned from the Atlanta series.

I knew he hurt his ass, better there is some meat there…. if it was his back or tailbone… that would have been horrible

Randle and RJ will bounce back. They got a couple of games in. Now it’s time to apply the adjustments and make it happen.

I love calm and composed Randle. I’ve so much enjoyed his redemption arc. Hope it continues tomorrow night.

Randle doing a good of not letting the narrative get away from basketball. Hopefully he’s locked in and plays better. If we’re going to win the series, we’re going to need production out of him.

I like Julius’ attitude rn! He’s not stressed or feeling pressured by the intensity of this series. He’s keeping it calm and being a lil playful- that’s what true leadership is!
