[Magic Johnson] Whoever wins the battle between Garland, Mitchell, and LeVert from the Cavs and Brunson, Quickley, and Barrett from the Knicks, will most likely win the game!

If the Cavs score more points I’d say they’ve got a good chance.

Magic is the modern day John Madden

I love that he qualifies it with a “most likely” just to be safe

This is why it would be pathetic to lose the series and I got Cavs in round one on DK. Playoffs are more about your starters, regular season is more about your depth.

I believe we have the best three players in the series, Mitchell, Garland, and Mobley. Randle is pretty overrated, Brunson is solid but outmatched especially if he had to actually defend someone (aka Okoro isn’t in the game).

And yes I get this is the typical generic Magic post

His tweets have always been hilariously bad

Weird analysis but Iā€™ll take our 3 over those 3 all day.

  9. Somehow he said something obvious and still wrong. I think heā€™s trying to say that this is a series of guards vs guards, but that totally undersells the importance of Mobley and Randall for both teams.

See, thing is, because of Twitter removing blue checksā€¦ I just assumed that was a parody account making fun of Magic. The fact that it was actually him makes it so much more funny.

Magic really knows his stuff, man. Incredible analysis.

No one has ever seen Magic Johnson and Perd Hapley in the same room.

I’d say of all the players that play, the teams who has most of their players play better has a real chance at victory.
