I would like to see the Pels draft a big to develop in the draft. My wish list is a big that has some rim protection, can switch on defense, be a lob threat and be able to develop a 3-point shot (basically what we all wanted Jax to be).
Out of all of the bigs that will be available at pick 14, the one that has the potential to fill my wish list is Leonard Miller. He’s a 6’10” athletic big with a 7’2″ wing span. He can switch on defense, can protect the rim a bit and he can finish at the rim. He also has range out to the NBA 3-point line (33% this past season). Average 17 and 11.
This is a terrible draft for stretch bigs. What do you guys think?

I’d much prefer getting solid G league/Euroleague players over college guys. The level of competition is much higher
He’s nice, but again, the pels aren’t drafting a big they will most likely draft another wing or a sg
leonard miller can’t play the 5.
drafting derrick lively can’t shoot but he can set screens and catch lobs and provides great rim protection. worth taking him even if doesn’t help the lack of shooting
not saying we should take a big but if we do he’s the one
already have enough PFs
Leonard will definitely transition well into the nba and he’s one of my sleepers this draft. However, I think the pels would benefit most from a pure 3 point scorer i.e JJ Redick. If Jordan Hawkins is there at 14 the pels should take him.
