  1. we dont need any ball dominant players. we should only trade for guys who ca produce without the ball.

  2. God no!!!! Please god, keep them away! Trae is the most empty stats guy, his efficiency and defence is worse than CJs, and I think we all think the same about Draymond! and honestly at this point I disagree that they would trade BI before Zion, Bi has play-off experience (actually dragging them to the post season last year), and in the locker room he is beloved (and is more versatile than Z) I think although sad, the team would be far less disappointed if they traded Z, he's not that engaged with the team. To me they trade BI, they lose the locker room. And if you're trading a player due to availability it has to be zion, because just waiting around for a guy that may never play more than 32 games and hasn't developed one bit since his first year just because he has the 'potential' would make the franchise a laughing stock again.

As for fair trades, I am positive that if the rumors are true that Jaylen doesn't want to be in Boston, rather than lose him for nothing, Boston would take Z and a pick, and this is gonna be an unpopular opinion but I think Jaylen would be a better fit overall with Brandon on this team than Z.

  3. Why is this even a question. One of the reasons we lost that playin game is they’re targeting Cj like crazy and you wanna bring in a worse defender😅?

  4. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 honestly as long as we don't have to trade anybody on our team I may consider it but honestly no

We need a player with Superior passing ability who's not afraid to get everybody else involved, basically we wouldn't need literally the guy who's probably going to get drafted at number two in the draft…

Oh so if this team is still using ochsner after all these years they should be fired immediately… It's LSU or die at this point we need to stop effing with ochsner.

Do you know how many super bowls they've cost us with Drew Brees 🤕😭

  5. Hell no on Young and Green!
Pels should trade for Jalen Duren. He is an upgrade from Larry Nance and a future replacement for JV. Imagine this lineup.
Starters: CJ, TMIII or Herb, BI, Zion, and JV
Bench: Jose or Kira, Herb or TMIII, Dyson or Naji, Leonard Miller (14th pick in the draft), Jalen Duren
No bench in the league would be able to keep up. Trade Larry Nance and a future 1st for Jalen Duren. The Pistons already have Wiseman and Stewart, so they may be willing to do it for leadership.

  6. Pels need shootiing, and neither Trae Young nor Draymond Green can provide more shooting than BI already gives. A strong No on both Young and Green

  7. Imo it's only possible to win a championship with T. Young if you surround him with four extremely good defenders. With Zion and BI already on the team, it doesn't make sense to trade for Young
Thanks for the offseason content Jake🙌🏽

  8. Trae Young is a tough choice that I would have to say no to. I’d be worried he would be a downgrade to even CJ. I haven’t watch enough of Trey to truly scout his fundamentals yet, but there are things I do know that worry me. He shoots way too much for his effective field goal percentage. He’s launching seven three pointers a game for his career and barely hitting at a rate better than Herb Jones. He didn’t even crack .500 for his effective field goal percentage yet took almost 20 shots. That’s even worse than CJ. With so many guys on our team being better shooters, I’d worry he would take shots away from them, even Zion.

His defense is well known by many to be awful, and from the little I’ve seen I agree. His rebounding isn’t good either. He is a good passer according to the stats, which would be his one of his few saving graces. His other strength is his ability to get to the free throw line. The problem with the above two positives is they could mostly be products of his very high usage rate. CJ for example is a below average passer for a starting guard yet averaged 5.7 assist. Given CJ’s usage rate you would hope he was closer to 10. Trey likely the much better passer given his 10.2 assist is very high. The big question with Trey is would he be willing to dish out closer to 13 assist a game by using his creation skills to hit our better shooters. He hasn’t shown that yet in his career. The other question is how are his fundamentals.

Draymond on the other hand would be a perfect replacement to Jonas. There would be no better fit at center for this team in the NBA other than Bam Adebayo and the incoming Wemblayana. He’s a phenomenal passer for his position. He plays hard nosed defense. Gives full effort and stays in his role. One of his biggest hidden benefits will be he will hold all the players Willie isn’t accountable. That’s something our team hasn’t had from a player since Chris Paul.

Draymond really only has two red flags one has to worry about. The first is his age. He will be turning 34 late next season. He may be a 3-4 year stopgap. I think he probably has another 4 years of solid play, but he won’t be the player he was this year in a few years. He was a good player this year. His other flag are his upcoming contract. While I think he is currently on a bargain he has said he wants the max. I think he can come pretty close to it. The value of that contract will be a major factor in whether I would trade for him. David Griffin has always been good about signing players he just traded for to new contracts. In fact I would say every player he has traded for has had a contract coming up very soon that he extending ASAP. He did with Steven Adams, Devonte, Jonas, and CJ. So Draymond bolting wouldn’t likely be an issue.

So Trey is a big no after deliberation and Draymond is a big yes with the only stipulation being how expensive is his contract. He is certainly worth the 27.5 million he will be playing under next year.

  9. I wouldn't trade any player for Draymond. He is trash to me. After he kicked Herb in the head, I really can't stand his fake tough guy drama filled game. It a hard hell no!
