Williams better come up with some better stuff. Their offense only involves 1 or 2 guys. Booker had a super high usage rate and only had 3 assists and very few of his baskets come off of assists. If Durant is going to go multiple possessions without being involved the Suns are not going to reach the heights they are capable of.
We just have to accept the fact that DA is not a max player. He obviously did not play great but objectively looking at this game he passed the test. They went small and he did not get abused. Maybe he did not dominate as we would desire – it would look much better tho if he hit those 2 free thorws, but he secured the boards.
This is what an off game for KD looks like, still getting over 20 points. Booker is just ridiculous and is easily the best player in this series and yes even better than Kawhi. Numbers don’t lie. Suns do need more help from the bench moving forward if the Suns do manage to win this series. Game 3 was great.
Ime Udoka said last year the plan was to get physical with KD off the ball because the refs won’t call everything. So KD isn’t forcing anything with the double teams. So his shots are going to be as high. All eyes are on him so he not getting many one on one opportunities. As long as he doesn’t become selfish and start forcing shit because he wants to be the leader in the win, the Suns will be fine.

Booker ain't dominate shit. The refs dominated giving Phoenix 46 free throws. Clippers 6th man scored 42 points…..and Westbrook outscored KD….Bones Hyland came off the bench with 20 points…….yeah Phoenix might be the NBA favorite but the Clippers are a wayyyyyy better talent and team than Phoenix.
41 min. for Chris Paul, 45 for Devin Booker, 42 for Kevin Durant. That is a recipe for injury given the Suns get little support from the bench, and/or Monty is so reluctant to give them a chance to get going. Clippers without their super-stars should have been a much easier win. I am really worried about this team. I think they are a year away and need something more to get to the promised land.
James Jones got his work cut out this offseason: 1. Get rid of DA 2. Replace chris Paul with Kyrie 3. Replace Monte with Nurse or Udoka 4. Fix the bench

DURANT HAS 28, 5, and 6. His shooting is efficient as well. Stop criticizing your best player. Yes turnovers suck but that is literally all Westbrook does.
We just watched Kawhi self destruct from doing too much. Why let Booker blow the hammies so soon?
Scrubs often play an inspired game, especially at home after their star goes down. Don’t expect them to do it consistently because otherwise they would be the stars
I agree CP3 had a poor game but he hurt his hand last game and that may have contributed to his poor shooting.

I think our Suns are catching a huge break with Leonard going down and they do look a little sloppy but this is getting them the reps they need together and they will only get better.
if you look at the 08' or 10' Celtics runs to the finals you should not be worried about this teams' chance to win the chip, they went 6-7 games every series even though they were by far the superior team in every matchup
