I'm surprised the Golden State Warriors haven't re-upped Bob Myers yet. Ownership must feel Myers has set them up for a catastrophic fall, but they did still make playoffs, which for me, was pretty surprising.
It is a fact that Steph Curry often looks like has zero help, and the offense sputters the moment Curry steps off the court. Also, the biggest need was at center, as Looney was only supposed to be the bridge between Andrew Bogut and James Wiseman.
The elephant in the room is Draymond Green punching Jordan Poole in the face with zero punishment. Even Rudy Gobert got a one-game suspension and that was for a "sissy punch" to the chest.
The final straw is the Warriors paying the repeater tax for what could be a first round exit and an even bigger tax bill next season. Ownership is pissed they are paying upwards of $100 million more than the next most expensive team for diminishing returns and Myers knows this is a problem he can't fix. 🏀📜💰
I would see if Dallas would like to do a sign and trade with Kyrie if he’s on board
