Promising for sure. Gotta play better defense. Do we let Fox get his and shut everyone else down? Do we try to collectively limit all of them but risk them getting hot from deep?

Nice can’t wait. The suspension sort of woke them up. Playing at home helps too but If they want to be taken seriously they have to take game 5 on the road imo.

Wiggins has a few more games under his belt. Poole hasn’t shown out yet. And Klay hasn’t been shooting great. So while Huerter and Keegan haven’t gotten going Poole and Klay haven’t either.

Imo the difference in this series will be Dray, Looney, GP2 and Wiggins defensive prowess. The kings have Mitchell but that’s really their only top tier defensive player.

Game 4 should be fun. I expect Klay and Poole to finally really get going. Hopefully Kerr learned Looney/ Dray just cannot play together. And if need be Looney is fine handling the 4 on 3s off the roll. And Looney handles Sabonis nicely.

My main concern is the over helping we have seen all year leading to wide open 3s. We do not need Keegan/ Huerter getting going due to getting open looks like that. I get helping is built into the team philosophy but if it’s one of Klay, Wiggs, GP2, Looney or Dray on ball I feel like they can handle it themselves most times. I was going to add Donte and he seemed to be better defensively in game 3 but he struggled guarding Fox/ Monk.

All in all I think the splash trio and Wiggins will show up offensively big time to tie it up 2-2 heading back to Sac.

Either they’re road woes continue and the playoffs are short lived ( No shot imo). Or they’ve made adjustments like we’ve seen in the past and are locked in and take the next 3 to end it in 6.

I have a feeling Kerr will be hard headed and play the regular starters with the Dray/Looney lineup. And he will use having the best net rating or whatever they had to justify it. Plus with Wiggs missing the Splash bros, Wiggs , Dray and Looney lineup hasn’t been available for him to use in a while. So that’s another reason I think he will. Although with the improved spacing I think they really play out the “ turn good shots to great shots” theory. But with Dray/ Looney they settle for good shots. Where with the improved spacing I feel like they find those great shots more often then not.
