i agree that young players were not used. he didnt give minutes to let them grow. i think banton and flynn might blossom if they were given a fair chance. he never held starters accountable when they didnt play well and make mistakes. how does pascal miss 2 of 3 free throws in the last minute when they could have tied the game on the playin. he has done this number of times and he refuse to admit his mistakes. he was terrible against boston and nurse didnt sit him. we could have beaten boston that year if he sat pascal and played anyone of the bench players. pascal might have good numbers but he makes simple silly mistakes which he can clear up and take his game to the next level. demar you saw each year there was growth. not many players are doing that under nurse. nurse was an ok coach
I love how Masai mentioned that Dowtin is part of and was always going to be part of the team going forward. I also love that NN will still be the coach of the Canadian team…just the Raptors needed the change

3 years ago they credited player development on raptors.we had issues at center and massi brought in unproven centres and last year an injured player
If you look back at the games ..a lot of the games were very close and you can't have players missing so many free throws.

Kyle worked hard to get his teammates paid. Fred works hard to get himself paid. Genuinely believe Masai identified nick and Fred as the toxic players in the locker room. Good riddance
I think there should be some untouchables, my thoughts are Poeltl, Barnes, OG, and Boucher, and everyone else with the right package could or should be on the table. If Fred has the right mindset and is willing to come back, I wouldn't be opposed to that because you know when the pressure is on he does come thru with the 3's when you really need them. The thing that bothered me with Fred was that he came to some games with no energy resulting in a lot of O fers. Maybe up at night with all his babies getting no sleep. Hard to pay someone that kind of money when he only shows up half the time.

NURSE not doing enough with the development of young players is good enough as ground of reason firing his overrated arsh. RAPTORS won championship before because of the good players brought in and were excited to win as a team. Kyle Lowry was a good leader, a playing coach too with passion plus Kawhi who i followed during his stint with the Spurs. A team that worked together.

Boucher was the only bench player that was used fairly consistently all year really…precious being injured seemed to alow his progress and Nick had a bad year and stopped developing players Zhe last couple of seasons
