Issac Okoro was playing good…so bench it is

It’s so funny to me that the team had finally developed a solid identity: rock solid defense, ball movement, playing inside-out on offense and relying on the guards as a backup plan. Then completely blew all that up at the first sign of adversity.

Benching Okoro made their already weak bench putrid on offense, and allowed Brunson to get whatever he wanted. Not to mention he ended up running lineups that had effectively never even played together, which of course resulted in turnovers and wasted possessions.

Desperation that doesn’t even give much opportunity for growth. Worst of both worlds.

Our tallest guy off the bench was Cedi Osman. He averaged 2.3 rebounds per game…

JB is incredibly uncreative, but I think way more of the blame needs to be on Koby. The way this team is built is horrid. How do you look at this depth chart and think we’re gonna do anything in the playoffs.

Crazy how we had a good offense last year.

The JB critics were shouted down all season….sigh.

“All I have is this Cedi-shaped piece!”
