I was just talking with one of my friends about this (I live in Memphis and they are all Grizz fans). He thought we could flip Brooks for someone like Bridges or OG, and I was like “no way those teams would do that.” Glad it was confirmed lol

Surprised the Nets didn’t trade Finney-Smith, Bridges, Cam as they are all 3&D guys who can help a team ready to win a championship and the Nets are rebuilding again. Can’t believe they held on to Seth Curry either. Not sure what the Nets are doing.
Btw, is Bane playing in the Laker series? It’s hard for those shooters who can’t get their own shot in the playoffs if they game plan to stay attached. Memphis needs to run some better actions for him to get loose.

Mikal Bridges is like the polar opposite of Brooks’ personality-wise. I can see why they might want to bring on someone like that to balance out Morant’s, uh, non-basketball aspirations.

I don’t think Memphis gives a shit about his attitude. He’s just a negative offensive player. And you can’t rely on his defense because he constantly gets ejected or suspended.
