Warriors-Kings is the playoffs ‘heavyweight fight,’ Grizzlies lack of fight vs. Lakers | THE HERD

The Golden State Warriors snagged a 126-125 Game 4 win over the Sacramento Kings to even their series at two games apiece. Steph Curry finished with 32 points. De’Aaron Fox scored 38 points for Sac-Town but his squad struggled to score with 28 seconds remaining. Colin Cowherd breaks down what makes the Warriors-Kings series a ‘heavyweight fight’ compared to other teams’ series. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers extended their lead to 2-1 after a 111-101 Game 3 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. LeBron James and Anthony Davis combined for 56 points, while Ja Morant put up 45 points. Colin describes the Grizz suddenly teetering, including why Dillon Brooks is not a reliable strategy.

  1. I am a GSW fan and I will never say the dynasty is over as long as we have the OGs playing together, but if there's one team I won't mind losing to it's the Sacramento Kings. It really feels like I am watching the 2013-2014 Warriors. They have a great future. Now having said that, it's still Warriors in 6 or 7

  2. When I see white ppl abusing black slang. 🤦 It sounds like a cry for help.

  3. 7:25 “these playoffs have not delivered many surprises”
Uhh, the heat as the bottom seed are up 2-1 against the bucks.

  4. The lakers grizzlies game was terrible. Refs call fouls on too much and too much flopping. I’m out

  5. As a Pacers fan this team would be borderline unstoppable if Haliburton was still in a Kings uniform. I know they still got Sabonis in return but man I can’t imagine Monk, Fox and Haliburton all on the floor together. Pulling for the kings in these playoffs they deserve it after all the years of bad teams

  6. sac gs is literally 0 defense all offense . neither team will make it out the 2nd

  7. Of course you will have this take on the Warriors. The Warriors can do no wrong in Colin eyes. So obsessed with Steph and the Warriors.

  8. Counterpoint that hasn't been addressed enough: what if the Warriors CAN win a game on the road?

Is it harder to imagine them winning 1 on the road than it is to imagine them losing at home in the playoffs? I don't really think so.

  9. The Kings aren't winning without DeAaron Fox. What looked like a compelling series is no longer compelling.
