    Happy he gets a second chance – a good proven coach – he had a consensual affair – no crime committed – what probably buried him was texts and emails that were not appropriate or threatening perhaps – I work mostly with women staff in health care and i am polite to them, a gentleman but i never cross the line, i watch what i say and should they get flirty or talk inappropriately i ignore it and never fall for the bait, i also keep things professional and only share the basics about my personal life with them – they are not my buddies and people you work with talk – so best to be a gent, do a good job, and keep a low profile.
