Defense is just as much about strategy, skill, and technique as offense is. That may be an unpopular opinion, but it’s what I’ve learned in years of coaching. And this takes experience, film study, and much much more to develop!! Shoutout to my guys at Elite Athletes in Antwerp, Belgium for the hospitality.

Thanks for this defense breakdown!
NO TENGO TALENTO EN BASKET ASÍ QUE ME VEO OBLIGADO A MEJORAR EN OTROS ASPECTOS COMO LA DEFENSA..BUENO PUES NO ES LO QUE QUERÍA PERO A DARLEEE!!!🏀💪🏼
What are your biggest struggles on defense?? Or your biggest strengths?
I hate how many of these would be called blocking fouls in a game. Refs always let the offense control the games and go whereever they want.
Coleman Ayers > Chris Brickley
Really love these defensive breakdowns. They also helped me improve as a lacrosse defender as well so thank you
See lots in common with your LDP!!!💪
I feel like these drills would be prefect to use offensively to help someone like Jordan Poole with his turnovers
